Delete your Mile account

You can delete your Mile account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our cloud servers. This applies to the Mile app (com.apponance.mile) on web, iOS, and Android.

Delete from the app

1 Open Mile on the web (app.milelog.io), iOS, or Android, and sign in.
2 Go to Settings and open your Account.
3 Tap “Delete account”.
4 Confirm. Your account and its synced data are permanently removed.

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we’ll delete your account. Include your sign-in method (Google or Apple) so we can locate the account. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

check_circle Expenses, revenue, tags, and receipt photos stored in the cloud

What we may keep

info Records we are legally required to keep are retained only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
info Data that lives only on your device is removed when you delete your account or sign out.
